International Orders

  • All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for orders shipped outside Pakistan.

Stitched Products

  • All stitched, made-to-order, or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unstitched Products

  • Can be exchanged only if:

    • The product is damaged or defective

    • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

    • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returning or exchanging eligible items.
